I need assistants! Do you qualify?

Hello, dear cyberfriend, as I'm until now doing all alone, that means my whole sparetime (which is anyway not to big) is not sufficient to make this project really excellent. Also, if one does a thing like this alone, there is a lack of diversity. So I may need exactly you as my assistant!
Please read on, as there is not a lot of technical knowledge necessary to come in the team! If you think you qualify in more than four points, send me an e-mail!

Requirement for assistants

Technical knowledge: You must know how to construct a simple homepage, either by editor or with a programm. But - it must be a homepage that is also viewable in whole with older browsers (Go to: http.//www.anybrowser.org to find out more!)
Time: You must be able and willing to invest some time - that means about 3-4 hours a week minimum for the next time.
Fantasy: You are able to figure out riddles, problems to solve, have good ideas, surprising thoughts? Exactly what is most needed!
You must like to work for others - well, that's it what you have to do! We will as a team prepare a challenge for the participants. If you prefer to participate, don't apply for an assistant's job!
Age: You should be able to read and write a passable English, and that means a bit more than Kindergarten is necessary! And you should be able to read - or if you're blind, have a browser that does help you to. Note: We want to create the pages that way, that the sight-handicapped can also participate (That means not many graphics, and all links , if graphiclinks, should be doubled with textlinks) So from about 10 to 150 all are welcome - male and female!
You should not be a fanatic of the latest technics, because we will not use them! (Shockwave, VRLM, stylesheets etc.) We also will not use too much Java and only CGI scripts that are tested and can be used for free (not on our servers!)
You should like contact with people and be able to have some extratime on the comp during the Challenge (November 22 - December 13, 1998) Some people will need support - and we're the one that support them! Don't be afraid, you will know all, and you will not be overflowed with e-mails!
You must have (or then you join now) ICQ, so you're available online for team contacts, questions etc.
You should bring with you patience, a good portion of humour, an ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility, be reliable and no cheater! etc.
And - you should be willing to accept one rule - it is me that was the one with the idea, and who already invested some time - and so in a sense, I will be the boss - or teamleader, or name it as you like. I'm no dictator, you'll see that - but as a dog with two heads is a monster and will not survive, also is a team with more than one leader, okay? There are some fixed things I do not want to change - you will get them (technical questions) if you apply.

Now, that sounds more complicated than it is, I just wanted to give you as much as possible, so you can decide how it is to work with me. If you want to apply for an assistant's place in the team, pleae send an e-mail with the following informations:

As an assistant, you should place the link to the challenge mainpage on your homepage (go and take here) and later (one, two weeks) an official assistance badge will be ready to place and let people know about what you do. Note, that the participation as assistant will have some benefits for you, not in money, but nevertheless something good. But I will tell you about as soon as you're in the team!
I also reserve the right for me to choose you - or not. If not, be not disapointed or angry, the most probable reason is that I have already got enough assistants!
